1. Guest Posting — Full Refund Guarantee

We stand fully behind the quality of our guest posting service. Our refund policy for guest posting is straightforward:

  • ✅ If a published guest post link is removed by the website after placement, you are entitled to a full payment refund for that specific placement — or a free replacement post on a comparable website, whichever you prefer.
  • ✅ Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of the link removal being confirmed.
  • ✅ We will verify the link removal independently before processing any refund or replacement.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our placements and our commitment to delivering lasting results for every client.

2. SEO Services — Case by Case Basis

SEO is a long-term strategy and results vary depending on multiple factors including website age, competition, and industry. Therefore:

  • Refunds for SEO services are reviewed individually based on the work completed and delivered.
  • If work has not yet commenced on your campaign, a full refund may be issued upon request.
  • If work is already in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of completion.
  • We do not offer refunds for SEO services where the agreed deliverables have been fully completed and delivered.

3. PPC & Paid Advertising — Case by Case Basis

  • Ad spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta is non-refundable as these payments are processed directly by third-party platforms.
  • Management fees for PPC services are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a campaign has not yet been set up or launched, a full management fee refund may be issued.
  • Partial refunds may be considered if the campaign is in early stages.

4. Web Design Services — Case by Case Basis

  • Refund requests for web design projects are evaluated based on the project stage at the time of the request.
  • If the project has not yet started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If design work is already underway, a partial refund will be considered based on work completed to date.
  • Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Contact our team with the following details:

  • Your full name and order details
  • The service you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Supporting evidence if applicable — for example, proof of link removal for guest posts

6. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • ❌ Services fully completed and delivered as agreed
  • ❌ Third-party ad spend paid to Google, Meta or other platforms
  • ❌ Requests submitted more than 30 days after service delivery
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction based on SEO results that are outside our direct control
